Description
Two men work to install the lights for lampposts outside the Blake Law Center. One of the men stands on scaffolds set up in the back of a pickup truck to place the lighting fixture on top of the lamppost. The driver's side door of the truck reads "Richard A. Turner Co. inc. Electrical Contractors & Engineers Springfield".
