Abstract
"Early Intervention (EI) is a service that supports babies and young children (birth to three years old) who have developmental delays and disabilities or who are at risk. Early Intervention supports families to enhance learning and development through appropriate activities that are individualized for the child and their family. There are many children & families who may benefit from Early Intervention services but do not receive them. The purpose of this doctoral experiential was to determine the factors that impact access to Early Childhood Intervention."
