Abstract
This project examines the relationship between R&D investment and stock returns in pharmaceutical and medical device companies. By comparing these two industries, it explores whether higher returns are linked to risk or to mispricing caused by uncertainty and limited information. The findings aim to shed light on how markets value innovation.
