Abstract
Work environments vary widely across industries, shaping em-ployee experiences and leadership needs. This study compares the Information Technology (IT) industry with the Agriculture, Forest-ry, Fishing, and Hunting sector using supervisor ratings. IT work is fast-paced and cognitively demanding, whereas agriculture is physically intensive and hazardous. These differences create dis-tinct challenges that influence how leadership is perceived.
