Abstract

"The Performance Diagnostic Checklist – Human Services (PDC-HS) is an informant-based tool used to identify environmental variables that may be contributing to low employee performance and is administered to a supervisor (Carr et al., 2013). The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of an intervention identified by the PDC-HS administered to direct-care staff. A concurrent multiple baseline design across participants was used to evaluate the effects of an intervention consisting of weekly feedback and consequences. Results indicated improved performance following intervention, potentially adding support for using the PDC-HS to obtain individual feedback to be used as a form of self-monitoring."
