Abstract

Dietary supplements present vexing regulatory challenges for the Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”). The Articles in this symposium issue of the American Journal of Law & Medicine cover a wide range of the complex issues surrounding the regulation, marketing and therapeutic uses of dietary supplements.
