Abstract
Burnout is increasingly recognized as a systemic workplace issue rather than an individual failure. Earlycareer professionals (ages 22–30) are particularly vulnerable due to their transition into full-time work, limited experience, and reliance on leadership for guidance and support. Many individuals enter the workforce feeling overwhelmed and underprepared, often describing experiences such as being “thrown into situations with little prior knowledge.” These early experiences shape long-term engagement
