Abstract

"We initially assessed naturally occurring teacher-child relations with regards to children's name calls, instructions, and child compliance. We observed the most frequent event to follow a child's name call was an instruction, and that a slightly higher probability of child compliance with the instruction occurred when they attended in some manner to the name call."
