March 26, 2015 -- The Increasing Application of Criminal Law in Accidents and Disasters
Denis Binder, Professor at Chapman University School of Law, was a Clason speaker at Western New England University School of Law on March 26, 2015. He has taught law for 43 years, with 18 of them at the Western New England University School of Law. His teaching specialties include antitrust, environmental law, torts, and toxic torts. He was involved with infrastructure, emergency planning, and disaster liability issues since 1976 and has served as consultant to a variety of organizations, ranging from the Army Corps of Engineers, and Cesar Chavez and the United Farm Workers. He spoke about the increasing application of criminal law in accidents and disasters.
