September 12, 2013 -- Lessons learned: success stories with Ron Lalli
Ron Lalli discussed the path he took to starting, running, and growing his business ventures. He shared lessons that he learned along he way and gave pointers to those that are just starting out. He started as a mechanical engineering student where he cofounded Park Enterprises, LLC, which produced dances and concerts for college students throughout New England. He then became a cofounder of EBTEC, which was one of the first electron beam welding and laser sub-contracting facilities in the country which produced multiple spin-off companies. Beyond the industrial ventures, Lalli was instrumental in the establishment of the Berkshire Brewing Co. with his son Chris, and his partner Gary Bogoff.
