Abstract
On January 18, 2012, Western New England University Law and Business Center for Advancing Entrepreneurship held a session on business makeovers at the NUVO Bank and Trust Company in Springfield, Massachusetts. After listening to Ms. Kathleen Witalisz's presentation, a panel of expert critiqued the business plan of Witalisz & Associates, Inc. with advice for the future of the business.
