Abstract
On October 10, 2012, Western New England University School of Law Center for Gender & Sexuality Studies presented a panel discussion on bullying in schools. The panel was the result of the increased public awareness about the nature, scope and harmful affects of bullying in schools which has raised questions about the appropriate role of law to protect the students.
